Neighbourhoods where homes are selling for over asking in the Greater Toronto Area

In July, only 3% of Greater Toronto Area neighbourhoods saw homes selling over asking price, down from 6% in June, reflecting a sluggish market and limited bidding competition. Most neighbourhoods (94%) experienced underbidding, with some selling at asking price. Overbidding shifted from Toronto to areas like Richmond Hill and Markham, often in more affordable neighbourhoods. High-priced areas like Eastlake in Oakville consistently saw underbidding.
